Dawn nodded a little, stepping back so that he could step inside. "Just on the coffee table is fine." She didn't really want to go into all the board-stuff, so she didn't mention it. She nudged the door shut and followed him over, then smiled a little when he touched her face.
"It's a lot to take in. I can still barely believe she's really gone..." Though she was thrilled that her sister was alive this time. Dawn tilted her face into his hand a little, then slowly sat on the couch. She held up her hands, showing him the bruises from the chains on her wrists.
"These hurt pretty badly at the moment." But if he insisted on her going to the med bay, she wouldn't. She didn't want to deal with any other people at the moment, and she especially didn't want to talk to any doctors.
"What about you?" She glanced down and saw his own bruised hands, and took one of them in hers, frowning. "I'm sorry you got hurt saving me."
