And that was where Tim failed. He didn't even realize Dawn saw it as flirting. To him it was much more complex then that. It was bat family rights to pick on the Robins because they were snarky enough to fight back and could fully handle a little picking. Hell half the time they brought teasing on themselves. It would be a crime to pass up the ability to mock in the world of capes and Kevlar. He didn't even think it was worth getting all twisted up about. It had also been a while since he had a girlfriend. Maybe the two were connected. He was to tired to really give it an good thought either way. He hadn't actually gone to the party anyway. So he didn't think it would be a thing. He got to tired.
"Nah I got it. Just forgot about needing hands to open things with." He gave her a small sheepish smile of his own and waded a bit further into her place. "Where do you want this stuff?" Tim asked as he looked around for a table or something. He was never very good at reading relationships. If Dawn wanted to say anything about what did or didn't happen shed have to be pretty blunt. Thats what happened with super heroes. They only ever really had super hero friends to ask for advice on girls and most of the time it was highly unstable advice. So they became oblivious like poor Tim and his lack of girl reading ability. He went about his business like nothing was wrong at all and set things down when she told him too.
"You okay?" Concerned blue eyes turned to her as he reached a hand to her cheek affectionatly. "you've been through alot. " He commented once he got a little more settled in.
