Previous Entry  Add to memories!  Tell a Friend!  Next Entry
WHO: Arthur Pendragon and Morgana
WHEN: Three PMish
WHAT: Favors. Mocking. Being there for each other in an odd awkward manner. You know. Arthur and Morgana stuffs. AKA, Morgana teaches Arthur what she learned at camp.
WHERE: First in Morgana room, then in the back of the complex
STATUS: Closed, Incomplete
Ratings: T and GT. For Arthur Threatening to shoot Morgana in the kneecaps at least once. And for Grumpy Toddlers

It had been with much glaring from both their parts that Morgana had gone to sleep in her own room and her own bed the previous night. While she appreciated Arthur's concern, the glances he'd given her the night before filled with brooding worry had nearly driven her to beating him upside the head with her pillow. In fact, the only reason she hadn't was because there had been a pounding against her temples. Morgana had spent most of that night talking to Merlin, which she had enjoyed doing, and had ended up sleeping. Completely nightmare free. Mostly nightmare free. Which had been enough reasoning to convince Arthur that he not only could not try to talk her into staying in his room but he also couldn't convince her not to go to work.

She left for work yesterday quite smug and the smugness had continued on to today, with a huge wave of relief. That she hadn't seen anyone attacked by that monster. While it was good to actually have people listen to and believe her visions, Morgana still felt frustrated over the fact that they weren't coming on time and that they were still so vague. She knew that her powers would grow, Aglain had said as much. However, he had also said with time. And time wasn't something people had. Glory was harming people almost daily and there was nothing she could do about it.

Closing the book she had started reading with a thud, placed it upon the dresser and stood up, heading towards her door. She was feeling restless. Morgana decided to go and to see Gwen. She hadn't seen Gwen in nearly four days. Not since her friend had come over to check on her after, Morgana's first vision of Glory's attacks. Nearly four days might seem fine to most people but she was used to seeing Gwen everyday. As soon as she woke up and not long before she prepared herself to sleep. As much as she was adjusting to this time, there were certain things she missed. Waking up to a fresh vase of wildflowers. Seeing Gwen more often. The bustle of Camelot's markets. Seeing Gaius walk down the hallway. And yes, even Merlin muttering behind Arthur as the latter pontificated about something or the other. She missed those little things. She missed her gowns. Jeans were great and practical. However, the switch was still a little disconcerting, though she never showed it.

Pushing her hair over her shoulders and onto her back, she walked to her door and opened it. Only to find Arthur at the other side of it, his hand raised as if he had been about to knock. She hadn't seen much of Arthur yesterday. Only a short moment of seeing him looking oddly at his foot and being too tired from work and the previous nights of nightmare to even bother asking. Now that he was here, she made note to point out the odd moment. After she found out what he wanted. Arching her brow slightly, she asked, "Arthur. What is it?" Because she was on her way out and she really hadn't expected him outside of her door. Morgana was pretty sure that he was still displeased with her for going back to sleep in her own room.
