Who: Angela Montenegro & Glory When: Monday afternoon, around 2pm What: Angie's turn to get brainsucked! Where: Outside of a party store Status: In progress
All she wanted to do was cheer everyone up. Angela wasn't a fan of tension-unless it was the sexual kind-and in her opinion, a party would (hopefully) be the best way to brighten everyone's day. Ange had decided to go out for the decorations without Booth-he had his medication, but she knew he'd had a pretty bad headache the night before and she decided to let him rest. She had already taken a look at the pool area and decided to have the Halloween bash there-which surprisingly, would be a first for her. A pool Halloween party. It would certainly be interesting, that was for sure!
Especially since she'd gone all-out at the party store.
Sure, it was Halloween, which meant they were busy. But that didn't stop the artist from going overboard. She'd sold a few more paintings a week or two earlier, and thus had some cash to spare. Plus, she was no stranger to having fun while on a budget. She beamed brightly at the cashier as she helped bag her own items-various spiders and snakes and webbing and witches and all kinds of other things that went with the holiday. And of course, there were the traditional black, orange, and even purple plates, utensils, cups, and the rest. As she maneuvered her way out of the store holding her six bags, she shifted everything into one hand and moved aside so she wasn't blocking the door. She fumbled for a moment to pull out the list she had made on a napkin that morning to remind herself of her next stop-going to a bakery to get some specially decorated cookies and cupcakes.
