I have, she thought. The idea wasn't far fetched at all. In fact, it was simple, it could be very much not-weird to her. To be in one place and then another. But then again, her life was built around things that most people on Earth could consider weird, and would make really bad movies about. So she kept that comment to herself. She didn't think this was her uncles doing anyway.
Kara arched an eyebrow at the woman's description of Clark. Why did he always know the oddest people? Oh, wait. Because he was an alien, right. The odd ones stuck together. "You know Clark?" she asked, slipping her phone back into her pocket. "Yeah, he's my cousin. And his number at home doesn't exist." there was no way he was at the planet now. She could call the cell, but she wasn't that worried. Smallville was someplace she could reach in seconds. Just not right now, while she was around this woman.
She looked up to see the other womans' matching frown, and sighed. Yeah, something was seriously up. She wasn't about to start calling everyone she knew. She had already distanced herself from them, left Earth behind. She didn't want them to start asking questions about where she was, where she had been and more. "I'm Kara." she offered, "Kara Kent, in case that wasn't obvious yet." now what kind of name was she going to be sporting? Darkness?
