Kara bent her leg slightly, looking down at her boots with a smile. She loved her boots. They were just so...her. "Thanks." she replied, before standing straight again. Just because she was in the middle of no where didn't mean people couldn't appreciate fashion, apparently.
"I don't know if that's a good or bad thing." she said honestly. If the other woman didn't know how she got here, then something strange was up. Which wasn't exactly weird, because Kansas was home of the meteor infected, and they could pull all kinds of stunts. But if she did know how she got here, then there was just something wrong with herself, and that was equally as worrying. Either way, she didn't like the odds of this situation.
She shook her head at the next question, adjusting her bag on her shoulder. "Minnesota, actually. But I was living in Smallville with my cousin." she explained, keeping it vague. Well, actually. Didn't Clark know most of the masked wonders, one way or another? If this woman was from Metropolis, would Clark know her? And why hadn't Kara seen her? She'd been to the city more than enough to know what hero was running around there in a mask. Or maybe she just wasn't a hero? Obviously, she was over thinking.
Kara had found herself in one area after being in another before. But when that had happened, she had lost all her memory and powers. Here, she had all her memories, and all of her powers. So whatever had caused it the first time, wasn't the same thing in this case. At least, she didn't think so. It might have been Jor-El who had sent her away, he wouldn't have done this.
Frowning, she pulled out her cellphone from her pocket, and flipped it open, hitting the speed dial list for the Kent house. Pressing the phone against her ear, she waited for the ring to kick in. However, when the operator came on to tell her that the number wasn't in operation, she frowned. "That's weird." she said, closing her phone again. No way Clark had changed the number.
