She wasn't certain about that laugh of his. There was something slightly off, but then this whole situation was off. Hell this whole place was off. But there was some peace here. Out of the way of the main house, among the cars. It reminded her of... well she didn't entirely know where, but it did seem familiar. Maybe it was just that it was peaceful here. She didn't know. But it had called to her since she'd arrived. And she was rather glad for it.
"I suppose it happens to the best of us," especially since that was the reason that she'd come out herself. He had a point about the talking. Perhaps she'd been a bit hasty in her question, but she thought it appropriate at the time. "More to life than training," she nodded. She was enjoying the work. She'd fallen into the swing of things and it was all being added to what she'd already learnt.
When he mentioned the key she realzied that indeed she had, not that she'd forgotten. She smiled over at him. "I did promise you a demonstration, didn't I?" She unsnapped the pocket of her black over-jacket - she'd brought her UNIT clothes with her. It was what she had arrived in, and thankfully since then she'd been able to buy more with her salary from her job. Reaching her hand in she grabbed the chain that the key was set on and pulled it up, revealing what looked like a normal lock-key. "Don't let it fool you, its not what it seems," she grinned.
