He ignored her question about whether or not she should be afraid of him on purpose. It was far more simple to let her mind wander. "You'll never have to know." Sam drew in a breath, taking in the scent of her hair. "Who I am isn't important. It never will be. It's you that matters right now." Sam began kissing at her neck again, unable to help himself. It was hard to concentrate when she was like this. All chained up, tossed in a trap. Those things generally turned him on - but the dress. The dress was the icing on the cake. Sam slid a hand down and ran his fingers over her hip, feeling the soft fabric out. "You seem like a nice girl." He kissed the space between her neck and collar, then dragged that same hand from her hip down to her thigh. There, Sam hiked the dress up, bunching the fabric between his fingers. He squeezed at it in amusement before slipping his hand up and underneath the dress, rough fingers smoothing up Ruby's thigh. "The type of girl who plays by the rules. Does as she's told. Never gives in to what she desires because it might be wrong."
Keeping his hand at her thigh, Sam stepped around Ruby and moved behind her. Using his height to his advantage, he leaned down and took up kissing the other side of her neck from behind. His free arm wrapped itself around her waist, pulling Ruby close to him. She felt good like that. He had missed being close. "That's going to change tonight. This is all scary - but that's what you need, isn't it? A thrill. An adventure." His hand brushed against the fabric of her underwear. He was teasing her. That was all part of the game.
