That was it, the trap and chains, perfectly secure, just as they needed it. Ready for Sam to pull her into the middle of the circle of chalk and do whatever he wanted to her, the fact that it was painted to the roof was a whole other dimension. She couldn't break free even if she wanted to. This, all of this was trust. And whatever he had planned she was more than a little enthused to begin. He'd said it wouldn't be obvious, and as they kissed, as Ruby ran her hands down his strong arms she knew it would be amazing, whatever he decided. He was kissing her. After so long it was just a simple thing, a soft kiss. But all the same she had missed it, his lips on hers.
"I love you" she told him when they broke apart so he could breathe. The second kiss she initiated, it was a little heavier, a little harder, her teeth scraped against his lip as she eased herself into his grasp. Sam was going to take care of her, he was going to make sure she was satisfied as he always did. He'd told her that no matter what had happened this was them again, This was what they'd missed. He loved her, and she loved him and finally finally they were getting back on track. It might have seemed such a simple thing, just sex. But it was so much more than just sex. This, the things they did together had a deeper meaning.
The dress, the chains. They all played a part in what was to come, they'd all been perfectly planned as part of the game they played together. It was all part of it, and Ruby had missed it, she'd never missed anything more.
And Ruby, her job was to please him, and she knew she could do that better than anyone in the world.
