Who: Tallahassee & Open Where: The abandoned parking lot What: Target practice! Warnings: Tallahassee swears like two sailors
Columbus had finally managed to get it through Tallahassee’s head that they were in the past, he was still working on the ‘different dimension’ thing. So what Tallahassee knew was the date, dangerously close to the first outbreak, which meant that it was time to be prepared.
In his case this meant making sure he was still as much of a sharpshooter as he thought he was. He wasn’t a complete idiot, he knew that firing off a gun in a city center wasn’t a good idea, but there was an empty lot within walking distance of the motel he’d holed up in, in fact, it was the lot he’d first found himself in when he arrived.
He had a box of ammo at his feet, spares in his pockets, working on reloading quickly more than his aim at the moment, that was still as good as he remembered, pelting cans off the dilapidated fence at the far end of the lot, behind the equally ramshackle former gas station.
