The phone had been halfway out of his pocket when the collision had taken place and jostled out of his hand at his abrupt stop, clattering on the ground. Lindsey quickly bent down to pick it up, looking up at Tara. Not recognizing her, a friendly smile appeared. "I wasn't either," he admitted as he rose back to his feet.
"If neither party is looking, I think that's good reason for neither side to have to make an apology," he added. It was an accident and since neither one of them was going to get annoyed over it, 'sorry' wasn't needed. It wasn't like it was a word that he liked saying anyways.
As he brushed the back of his phone off on his pant leg, he nodded to the paper in her hand. "Are you looking for something?" he asked.
