She smiled when he said that, and it softened when took his hand. Slipping hers into his, she gave it a light squeeze. "Good. But if you want to talk or whatever, I've got two ears, both of them free. 'Kay?" As they walked to the door and stepped outside, she nodded.
"I get that. I was starting to feel a little cabin-fevery myself. But hey, you can't not smile when you have chocolate. Especially when it's hot. As long as there are no marshmallows, it'll all be good." Dawn gave a firm nod, then grinned at him as they headed down the street. Given that this was a not-date, it was a lot more casual than before...but she liked this a little better. Despite the fact that the date had been really awesome. She wondered if she should just consider this a second date.
...Maybe she just shouldn't think too hard about it. Or too long.
