Sometimes Sam felt that Dean was a bigger geek than even he was. Sure, Sam might've been more than fond of his laptop, but Dean was the one constantly pulling out the crazy movie quotes that he often didn't understand. Luckily enough, Solo was a common enough household name for Sam to go more than the usual 'huh?' to. That resulted in Dean getting a slightly less efficient eyeroll than usual, followed by Sam shrugging somewhat carelessly. "I'm sure that'll be interesting." Not that he didn't care, because the second he personally saw one of those Potter kids in action Sam was probably going to explode from excitement, but still. The only thing that Sam could really say that he was pleased about, in particular, was the simple fact that the mere mention of Solo brought a smile to his brothers lips. He didn't know if it was a genuine one or not, but it was a smile all the same. Sam would take what he could get.
"Why?" Sam shrugged, gaze snapping away from his brother's distracting movements at the refrigerator. Turning over the water bottle in his hands, Sam lifted and dropped his shoulders into another shrug. "'Cause I'm curious. That's why." Sam twisted the cap off the bottle, then dropped down onto the nearest chair. "I mean, I'm just concerned. There's a lotta people here. I don't want you to..." He looked down into his water bottle, as if he were sort of embarrassed. Sam sort of was. He hated bringing this stuff up to Dean lately, especially since he usually snapped or glared or did something effectively annoying in response whenever Sam bothered. He couldn't help bothering. Dean was his brother. He neglected to do it as often as he should have, especially over the past while, but Dean was still a constant concern in his life and that wasn't gonna change anytime soon. "I don't want you to overwhelm yourself. I mean, I don't want Bobby to overwhelm himself either..." Not true. Sam cleared his throat. "Was just wondering."
