Where Tim was concerned, red was always a good choice. It was a good look for Robin and an even better look on Dawn when she opened the door. He spent most of his day sleeping after a late night in the city as Robin rounding up criminals and getting back into the fray of things. By the time Dawn was ready, Tim had just been waking up. But that didn't mean there weren't nerves to be dealt with on his end as well he just used them differently. He got things done under pressure. He didn't linger a minute longer in bed once his alarm went off like he might have otherwise, instead he showered and got himself cleaned up, his dark hair done up in a spikeish way similar to what he would have done for Robin as a little confidence booster. Dressed in a pair of khaki colored lose pants and a form fitting black shirt he picked up a single rose he'd bought the day before and headed off to Dawn's apartment.
He really hoped this didn't end in disaster like it had with Zoey. Stephanie..but on the plus side there wasn't going to be any roller costers to fall asleep on, and Dawn definitely wasn't a vigilante(as far as he could tell). So he was safe in those areas at least. He waited outside the door for her and put on a charming smile as he waited for her to step out to him. "This is for you." He held the delicate flower out to her, it was wrapped in clear plastic wrap and had a bit of water in the bottom to keep it alive and fresh. "But it doesn't even start to hold a light to you. You look beautiful." He complimented as he looked at her. Taking a page from Dick's book of tricks and charm. He hoped they didn't backfire on him.
