She really didn't want to stop snuggling against him but knew if she didn't she would end up on top of him and she really wasn't ready for the result of that move. So she managed to stop herself once she was pressed tight against him, her fingers running along his side for a moment as she closed her eyes and enjoyed his closeness for a minute.
Her head was still in a spin. She couldn't quite believe what had just happened betweeen them, that they had really done what they had. And she couldn't get over that incredible feeling of them joining together and becoming one. Her body truly belonged to him now, he was the only one to have it and would continue to be the only one. Because once they were married, there was no way any other man was going to have her. Even whilst they remained engaged no man would have her. She was his.
She gave a small smile at the feel of his fingers felt so soothing and, somehow, managed to make her stomach flip. She may have been thinking moments ago she wasn't ready to do that again just yet but it seemed her body was already starting to get ready for it. She really had to take deep breaths and calm her heart, try and make her body's reaction to such a simple touch lower slightly.
Her eyes opened and looked up at him when he brought up the wedding. She could tell that he was trying to make it sound teasing, perhaps so she didn't sound pressured, but she could still hear that he was being completely serious. His eyes gave that away too.
"You're right. We haven't," she said softly as she rested her chin on his chest so she could look at him. "Any suggestions?"
