============
Damien was impressed with the new pool that was now in the complex. He couldn't have imagined a better place for it. And the heat.. well, it wasn't too bad. He'd been changing several shirts but eventually gave up on it altogether as he remained in his room and did.. other stuff. Talking to people, talking to his boss, practicing his Latin, looking at that sketch again, watching some TV, maybe trying crossword puzzles. Just basically normal stuff. Of course he had seen a few of the other people around several times the day before. He supposed everyone had, it was hard not to notice. He didn't have much of an expression as he walked by various people at the time, just a wave hello and maybe a nod of polite acknowledgment, though not really conveying any particular emotion about his surroundings. He was a bit occupied with doing his own thing than anything else going on. Like his work, getting more food, or talking to his friends. And also finding a solution concerning the man who had nearly killed him for trying to save someone. So he decided today to stop by the pool for the first time. Just a little bit of R&R.
He carried a towel with him, wearing just shorts and a tank top. And then he finally made it to the top floor. It seemed empty at the moment. Though that might change. It was still a bit hot around here, so chances are other people would just come back to it again. He was already sweating again as usual. He walked toward the deep end, stopping just toward the center and dropped his towel by the edge. His shirt was the next to come off. He turned his head, peering over his shoulder.. his fingers moving on the bare skin where he remembered that wound. Seemed to be gone now, though he still recalled that feeling. With a sigh and slight smile, he jumped down into the water, sinking where the level was just over his head. It was a very refreshing feeling, he felt much cooler now. Still warm, yes.. but the water was nice. He stayed there about ten minutes. Then he began to walk forward under the water, swimming forth a bit, then coming up finally.. at this part, the water was just up to his shoulders or neck. Leaning against the pool wall, he smiled briefly and closed his eyes a moment before opening them again. Felt more peaceful. Really, he didn't think this day can get any better. "Ok, better... this is much better. Ohh, I am so glad I have the day off. Perfect."
