Psls/games welcome
Now that life has calmed down again for the next 5 minutes, I’d love to write some sort of long term complex line involving super powers or fantasy abilities or perhaps even cyberpunk. It seems like life business comes in waves for myself and others as well. If you’ve replied before and I ghosted I do apologize and I promise it was an accident as I just started a new job back in May/had some family drama and it basically destroyed my free time until now. Feel free to hit me up again and I’d love to chat once more. :)
- I will pick femme 100% over any other ship type hands down 1,000,000% of the time. In fact, I’d really love a solid femme line with complexities and drama and fights and apologies and learning together how to become a couple and learning how to become each other’s support and have each others backs. For two characters to learn to love and trust each other ultimately even if things make be weird at first or even shaky at times - No slash please - Hetero is unlikely unless I find the idea so compelling that I have to write it - if a character gets upset (mine or yours) I won’t want it to “just go away”, I want to write through these things, I want to ask you questions, I want to explore the situation both logically (players) and emotionally (characters) with the ability to discuss the different layers of character interaction happening at any one point. I enjoy seeing how characters struggle and change and grow and how that happens through their interactions with others. - I am writing heavy when I really love a line and will likely tag multiple times a week assuming work doesn’t go bonkers (I work in a hospital, it can go bonkers at any time)
I don’t want characters who just fall into love “instantly”- we’ve all played that or seen it played, I’d like to have the characters bond over time and help each other through struggles and even struggle with each other. I’ve written ride or die’s who had partner’s that weren’t cut it out for them, I’ve written people who reject relationships, I’ve written characters who don’t care about romance, I’ve written unrequited pining, and characters who all they want is to get married, find a partner and have kids.
My general character type is badass queer female who is too self reliant and thinks she’s not that great a person as she tries to do good in the world, sometimes (or often depending on the character) through questionable methods. I do not shy away from writing mental illness, personal character insecurity, or deeply dark themes and I believe in the beginning of getting to know your new writing partner you should always work out your respective comfort spots/squicks/no go territories.
I am at my happiest writing a badass queer woman (if picking PBs - then the character is normally a woman of color) trying to get by in the world and has a lot of personal issues (and super powers) who is flirting with one or multiple other partners (preference women, or two women and one man if a triad) while doing dangerous things and getting hurt and then writing cute hurt/comfort lines (both ways, yours getting hurt and mine freaking out and mine getting hurt and yours freaking out) while going on dangerous adventures that make them both question themselves and the world around them which prompts them both to grow and change as people.
If another player brings a situation they want to write to me and asks my thoughts I can often tell the other player 1 to 5 potential character responses based on variables of the scene being presented. Please know that I will never do this to be controlling, I only do this so that you can have fun with a “choose your own adventure” book style Rp interaction. If I offer a possible outcome then I am okay with writing through that outcome regardless of how dramatic, silly, fun or whatever else May be going on.
Oh yeah, smut’s cool too. Whatever really.
Anyway, I’m tired. So gonna call this here and make a snack.
