Original m/m: Action and adventure anyone? What about civil war, brothels and voodoo?
I’m looking for some world building PSLs with original characters (face claims work great).
I'm completely open to plot ideas so if you love history, thieves, steampunk, spies, action, foreign lands, fantasy worlds or treasure hunts and pirates then I want to hear from you! What about underground gang battles, or a world war settling or a post-apocalyptic setting or hell, gang wars IN post-apocalyptic setting after a world war!

What you RP: Pretty much anything goes though I do lean towards action and adventure. I love some character whelp and pain. I can work with modern AUs, supernatural, historical, fantasy... Anything really. I'm always up for some fun plotting and world building.
Characters you RP: Originals, mostly. I haven’t been in fandom for a long time, however I do work with face claims. At the moment I’m all starry eyed over the cast of The Hobbit (and LotR) all over again.
I mostly only use guys, though I have been known to bust out with the likes of Katheryn Winnick (Lagertha from Vikings) and other kick ass female face claims. My girls tend to be supporting characters though and don’t generally smut.
I do double up, or triple up, or really just as many characters and NPC’s as needed to tell a good story. I would like the same from you.
I do only do m/m and I generally find it easier writing the submissive character. I don’t make them weak or feminine or childlike (unless they’re using that angle to get something that they want from someone). My best/favourite characters to play aren’t the ones that go jumping into a cage fight; they’re the type to be on the sidelines fixing the bets and ripping people off. Manipulators, con artists, thieves and tricksters are the character types I find most fun.
Characters you’re looking to interact with: Interesting ones. Ha. But you know what I mean. Let’s build a world and create characters to match it.
I do love to throw my guys against that ‘older, rougher’ type of character. I love age gaps, but ‘appropriate’ ones (for instance, my character 25, yours 35 etc), and I like the dynamic of your character being stronger/better fighter/leader/whatever while mine talks too much.
Any specific storyline ideas, or general feelings involved with RPing: I’m open to pretty much anything at the moment. I love a good adventure and an original story. I do find modern day, slice of life, ‘let’s sit around and chat/get to know each other’ ideas really boring, so if that’s your thing, then I’m certainly not your girl. I will do supernatural elements but I’d prefer to tie them into a bigger whole as typical vampire/werewolf/human ideas bore me.
I do have one idea that’s been kicking around in my head for ages now, and I’d pay you handsomely (in OMGYOURAWESOME worship) if interested…
- I’ve been obsessed with the myth behind ‘The House of the Rising Sun’. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_House_of_the_Rising_Sun#Possible_real_locations) Was it a brothel, was it a jail, was it a hospital or hell, was it actually an opium den back in London’s Soho and the song just changed as immigrants settled in America?
So yeah, I’d love someone who’d be willing to have a look into this idea with me and help create a world and plot for us to explore. We could throw it back to Civil war New Orleans with soldiers and immigrants and brothels and voodoo with a m/m twist.
Do you smut?: I do but it needs to flow. I generally find it easier to play the cheeky uke/bottom character. I also like that slow burn feeling. Friendly, close, maybe protective and not jumping in each other's pants straight away. Make the characters work for it!
Is there anything else you would like to add?: - I’m in my late twenties and thus would prefer someone at least over 21. - I like to RP over google docs and plan/OOC chat over email. - No one’s perfect; we all make typos and sometimes sentences read better in our heads than they actually do on paper. However a high level of literacy is important to me. - I also look for at least two paragraph replies. I would rather you take an hour to give me a good reply then to rapid-fire a few sentences of crap. - +1000 love points if you pick up a Luke Evans faceclaim! - Keep my timezone in mind; if you’re in America then I’m generally at work when you’re having dinner and my work doesn’t allow time for replies. On my days off then I can sit here all day and rapid-fire replies, if not I generally reply once before going to work and, if you’ve replied, then again when I get home. You may or may not still be awake, depending on what sort of schedule you keep. My work requires a lot of early mornings, so I’m not able to stay awake until my midnight for you to wake up. - +10000 love points if you’re in a comparable timezone. Wow, that would be my dream comes true!
…Ok, I think that’s all.
If any of that interested you then please hit me up, either on a comment here or via email (preferable). I’d love to have a chat and start working some ideas out.
