A Harry Potter next gen game without the limits of epilogue canon or moderator parent pairings and a different premise. You can request any pairing you want for your character, so long as it makes sense in your history.
It's 2026, and another new Minister of Magic is in place, and this one wants to stay in power. He has come up with what is being called a revolutionary new policy by the Daily Prophet. He has made it the opinion of the people that the only way to stop a new Dark Lord from rising and keep the peace is to make You-Know-Who and his followers be forgotten. A new Defence professor has been installed in Hogwarts, the Restricted Section has been removed, and like in 1995, the Dark Arts curriculum has been replaced with pure theory as Professor Cauchemar slowly takes more and more power.
It has been peaceful for years, these children have never heard a whisper of war or danger attached to anything. It is a peaceful existence. Will they allow the changes? Each student has been given a new handbook and a journal. The handbook has more rules than the school ever had before, and punishments are promised to those who disobey. The Dark Lord and the Death Eaters have been all but purged from history, except those that still live, those pardoned. Will the children fall in as things change? Will they, like their parents, rebel, not against an evil overlord, but instead against the government and institution that are supposed to help them but instead are trying to curtail original thought?
