A battle, a fight for control. The alphas prove themselves. Fighting, struggling for control, wolves live in a dominance driven style. There are those that are old, those who have been around, withstood the test of time, and there are those who are young, eager, and think they know it all. The two clash. Young packs believe they're superior, they believe that they can withstand the test of time, but they're reckless, and the older, more experienced packs prefer to be careful. That's what happened. One pack, no older than twenty years and another pack that was established long ago. The alphas of both packs fought, and the elders triumphed. Now the two have combined for the safety of them all and to preserve themselves.
The elder pack, the members understand the importance of family. They understand that there has to be give and take and that the pack must work together. They understand the importance of hiding, of being unassuming, of not flaunting what they have. They have power, they know more, and they know how to stand the test of time. They want to teach. Though there are definite difficulties that accompany combining two packs, they must find a way to co-exist in a world that is constantly changing.
Family. Family is the center of everything in most civilizations. From a young age children are taught to respect their mothers and fathers. People grow up to get jobs and raise a family of their own. There are murders of ravens, prides of lions, covens of vampires, and packs of wolves...or werewolves. The pack is an essential unit. There are roles within the pack. Roles in a pack are important, everyone pulls their weight and does their part, they are a family.
What happens when the family that you've grown to love and work with changes dynamics and has to find a way to survive in a world of multiple myths where hiding the truth is the only way to survive?
