Welcome to Tuckersville, Pennsylvania! The big town with the small town feel. Two and a half hours east of Pittsburgh, two hours north-west of Harrisburg, Tuckersville is settled near the middle of the state.

For decades, the town officials have striven to keep Tuckerville prosperous but also to maintain the friendly, small-town feel that so many places were missing these days. Mostly, they've succeeded. They're right off the highway with easy access to a bigger town with more relevant shopping interests, but tucked away enough to have their own culture in a manner of speaking. The only thing of note is that cycle of murder and disaster that seems to crop up ever twenty to twenty-five years, but the residents do their best to sweep all that under the rug and ignore it.

It is Strange is a game inspired by the concepts presented in Stephen King's IT and Netflix's "Stranger Things". While we do expect players to maintain their own plots, there will be periodic mod posted plots and elements for the residents of Tuckersville to react to.
