Ad community for RPGs

I'm looking for a something for this guy. He's a mage (with or without the information in the journal). I have a possible line for him in the journal but after watching The Winter Soldier again I had another idea that I'd be interested in filling.

Character A has come to the attention of the organization that Character B works for and the organization has decided to keep an eye on them by placing Character B in the apartment next door. Character B puts on a front and Character A falls for it, believing the other man is just what he pretends to be until the day that Character B is forced to blow his cover. Either B's organization orders Character B to take Character A out or danger comes after Character A and B has to step in to help. If Character B's organization orders him to take A out, he decides to escape with A instead, perhaps taking the fight to the organization.

Otherwise, I'd love a partner for Quinn in an organization like SHIELD or maybe something like BPRD from Hellboy.

This defence comes in the package of a human, usually a female, who is born with enhanced reflexes, speed and strength and ability to sense supernatural beings. No one knows exactly when the first Slayer appeared but for as long as there have been Slayers there has also been the Watcher community. Together they form a cohesive unit which fight back against Vampires, Werewolves and Shifters - all without any recognition from the people they routinely save. Slayers are the result of nature trying to control and police the supernatural population. Without them the world would be overrun with scary, murderous beings and the human race wouldn't have stand a chance. Their exact origin is unknown but one very popular rumour it that Slayers actually stem from the original line of Vampires - hence their enhanced abilities and 'spidey sense'.
