The world of the Supernatural is right underneath the noses of most people though they can’t see it. And even when they’re confronted with it, the reality is too much to take so it’s dismissed as overtiredness, fantasy, being drunk, a sugar high… They don’t understand the magnitude of what it would mean if wolf-men and ancient witches were really walking amongst them as if they belonged.
Charles Blake is a paramedic with the London Ambulance Service. He’s an ordinary guy, or so he thinks. He’s unaware of the fact that his heritage is long and illustrious and highly infamous. As a Grimm, Charles’ family have been the guardians of the peace, the hunters of monsters to protect the innocent. Not that he knows any of this, of course. He’s been kept in the dark his whole life.
But his mere presence, even though he does not have a clue who he is, has an impact on the area he lives in. More supernatural creatures are making appearances, lifting their heads, causing trouble or trying to heal the hurts of the world and completely unknowingly, every day, ordinary people are being thrust into extra-ordinary circumstances beyond their control or understanding.
Something big is coming. There’s unrest in the world. The balance between light and dark stands on the edge of a knife ready to fall at any moment. The precarious peace between the humans and the creatures, the good and the evil… it’s falling to pieces. And at the centre of it all, a darkness that no one seems to understand.
The world’s going crazy. Where are you standing?

Grimm Reality is a third person, real-time game set in the Grimm ‘verse. There are no canon characters as this is an OC driven game played in the universe and therefore abiding by the universe’s rules. With that in mind, creativity is encouraged and you are not limited by the creatures shown in the show, nor do they have to be specifically Germanic fairy-tale creatures. Whilst these are the ones categorised by the Brothers Grimm originally, there’s a whole host of fairy-tales out there and magical creatures. Why be limited, the Grimm brothers can’t have categorised them all!
We’re looking for enthusiastic writers and creative individuals who are looking for a fun, character driven game with individual plots that run alongside a long, overarching one to join the game in it’s fledgeling stages.
