Twenty-five years after the fateful Tournament, the political atmosphere in Britain and Europe had changed drastically. The threat of the Dark wizard known as Lord Voldemort had disappeared, and in the years following the triumph, governments arose that were much more focused on cooperation and tolerance among wizards and witches at home and internationally. In 2019, a contingent of people led by Second Wizarding War hero Harry Potter and Bulgarian Quidditch superstar Viktor Krum formed, eager to encourage the next generation to focus on others' similarities rather than their differences. Both leaders spoke eloquently of the lasting friendships they had made and the valuable lessons they had learned during the 1994 Triwizard Tournament. They advocated a replacement event for the student population.

With the assistance of the International Association of Quidditch, three years later, the inaugural Junior International Quidditch Tournament is set to begin. Four Quidditch teams representing their schools will compete against each other in a series of matches throughout the academic year, with two finals at the end of the year to determine the overall winner. And alongside all the Quidditch fever that is sure to grip the castle, the typical difficulties of an academic year at Hogwarts must still be traversed: exams, friendships, romance, and antics. Can they handle the pressure?

Feinted is a canon-compliant next-gen role-playing game set at Hogwarts during the school year 2022–2023. Opened 19 August.

For centuries the magical races of the world have existed along humankind, for better and for worse. However, with humanity's growing numbers, and with their ideal habitats quickly disappearing, many creatures have done their best to adapt to a world that no longer believes in them. Many have melded into the fray of every-day life, gotten jobs, gone to school, established relationships and families with humans. While some still pine for the old days it's becoming increasingly more obvious that if they're to survive they need to find a way to assimilate without completely losing who they are.

Avalon Apartments was established in 1997, by Delilah Vance. The building rests a thirty minute drive North of the hustle and bustle of New York City and offers as many "old world" amenities, and modern conveniences to its tenants as it possibly can.

The government has had to step in, hoping that forming their own team of heroes it will help calm public opinion. The X Men and Excalibur are hardly more than a rumor. Secret teams that have shown up and disappeared with the same mystery. The Brotherhood, on the other hand, is very well known, but hard to find.

Destiny is so much more than a word, it's something to work for, to fight for, to grab with both hands. The world is moving forward, you can either move with it, or be left behind.

Something is stirring in Newport Beach, California.

One of the most affluent and exclusive areas in Orange County, Newport Beach is a safe, comfortable space where the real world has a tendency not to to intrude on the pleasures of its citizens. It's a nice, normal, friendly, monochromatic city in a county that's known for the same. In fact, many people say that the majority of Orange County seems like a construct designed to keep the troubles of real life out, creating a plasticine paradise that nothing dark or dirty can penetrate.

The residents of Pax Letale are slowing coming to know better.

Pax Letale is an exclusive luxury apartment building right on the beach, with easy access to the 405 and all the charm that Newport Beach has to offer. Its residents comprise a surprisingly eclectic demographic for Orange County and Newport in particular, with people from all walks of life being drawn to this building for reasons they can't quite identify.

The common thread that binds them, of course, is that they are each of them inhabited by a sleeping god.

As they spend more time at Pax, their gods are awakening, though -- and strange things are happening. Natural (and supernatural) mishaps and disasters, disappearing tenants, and quite recently, the concierge was brutally murdered.

There are whispers among some that the strange island in the bay, visible from the building, has something to do with all of this. Still others are compelled by the island; if it didn't sound crazy, they'd say it was calling to them.

They aren't crazy.

Welcome to 2019, New York City. Population: last recorded at just over 2,500.

The outbreak has ravaged the city for six years now. The infected population now outnumbers the human population 10:1. Every day feels like a losing battle.

People still fight. There are still pockets of resistance; folks who have been determined to be immune to the virus, people who aren't immune but have things to offer and people who know that it's best for them to run and hide. Those people are too strong to die, too brave to give in.

For those brave enough to fight, just living day to day is occasionally a struggle. They're fighting to a government who looks out for their own survival before the survival of the remaining citizens. Even the strongest people break every day.

But a rebellion is coming. Government vs. survivors vs. zombies.
