Holds Application Cast FAQ Everything Else! In 2023, the first Wizard University was opened in Ipswich, England. Offering an alternative to traditional internships, the school was a welcome relief to places such as St Mungos and Professional Quidditch Teams, where applicants far exceeded the vacancies. One year later the school is thriving with nine offered subjects, co-ed fraternities, street games, and Quidditch tournaments. Gossip and rumours, pranks, and day-to-day mishaps make college life anything but boring. Just mind the occasional streaker. WMU is a next generation Harry Potter game set at university. With a focus on character development, good storylines, and both friendships and relationships between characters, we’ve gone back to basics that make role play fun. We encourage good writing, journaling, threading, and our players to simply relax and have fun. |

Welcome to St. Blair Academy, a private coed boarding school for children and shadow children alike. It is here that you must hide who you really are while pretending to be someone else. You are finally out in the open so it can't be too hard, now can it? But never feel alone, 95% of the school is made up of imposters that just wanted to live their life and get out of hiding. Some of the students have decided to take matters into their own hands and pull all the Shadow Children together to one day overthrow the government or at least prove to them that their laws are pointless and women are having more children anyway.
In reality, the privileged might rule and get away with anything and everything, but by moonlight in the secret garden, it's all about those among the hidden.

From the Daily Prophet; 2025-08-22 Harry Potter is dead - killed by Bellatrix Lestrange and his own daughter, now married to Rabastan Lestrange. The war, however, despite Voldemort's propaganda, is far from over. Hidden within the safety of Hogwarts, the Order of the Phoenix keeps resisting Voldemort and his Death Eaters. It's the third war, started by a spell no one understands... In the Summer of 2024, a pack of werewolves started terrorising the country, turning young children and brutally killing their parents. A month later the dead started returning to life. Voldemort was among the first to arrive. By spring 2025, Voldemort and the werewolves had joined forces; Hogwarts, Azkaban and Diagon Alley had been attacked, but Ministry and Order were still standing strong, forcing Voldemort to live in hiding. On June 18, 2025, everything changed! Voldemort launched an attack on the wizarding world, hitting King's Cross, the Hogwarts Express and the Ministry. While the forces of good spread out to protect the population, Voldemort took over the Ministry – and with it the Wizarding society. The Order and their allies fled to Hogwarts, where Headmaster Severus Snape shielded the school, making it impossible for Voldemort to gain entrance. From there, the Order launched its resistance. For the rest of the population, it’s comply or be killed, but under the surface, people are trying to find a way to manoeuvre outside the new laws and restrictions. In the meantime an unknown, yet undetected, spell is spreading amongst the Wizarding population, Death Eaters, Order and neutral alike. So, a friend and I had this wonderful idea for an RP, but I wanted to run it by people and see if anyone might be interested before we built the community. We were thinking ZOMBIES! But not just zombies...a whole world with canon-based characters (think CSI, Glee, or whatever in a world that has been taken over by zombies).
Like many 'hotel/resort' games it would involve your character finding themselves in a small town in middle America for one reason or another (whether they were abducted or were on vacation or just driving through..that is open for discussion) and BAM, they find they are surrounded by zombies. Like I said, this is just the kindling of an idea and before we go farther wanted to see who might sign up.
So..please, drop a tag and let us know! :)

In 1998, just after Lord Voldemort delivered the killing curse to Harry Potter, a peculiar incident occurred. A light flashed over all of Britain and then there was a deafening silence. A country of over fifty million was suddenly reduced to less than a hundred thousand. Cities became ghost towns as all of the muggles disappeared off the British Isle. The interruption was enough to turn the tides in favor of the Death Eaters, and by sunrise, they had declared victory. Now five years later, the Voldemort Regime has enacted harsh laws to restrict all but those who are loyal to the Dark Lord. Muggleborns have been reduced to either slaves or criminals, laboring for the Dark Lord or on the run from his hit wizards. Those loyal to the Dark Lord have been given large swaths of land, and prestigious positions in the wizarding government. Those who are not have had their homes, jobs, businesses and even children stripped from them. With muggleborn rebellions on the rise, and criminals organizing, the country is turning more and more violent, and the only solution seems to be to find where the muggles have gone, and how can they get back to the old world? |
