In the year of 1998, the final battle at Hogwarts began. Battles were fought valiantly, lives were lost. And the wizarding world lost their saviour when Lord Voldemort used the Imperius curse on Harry to gain control and then erased his memories, taking the Boy-Who-Lived and making him his pupil. Ten years later, the world lays in ruin. Muggles are scarce in number, and most wizards and witches hide in fear. With no options left, Minerva McGonagall once again summoned up The Order of the Phoenix. Albus Dumbledore had given her one last mission, if all hope was lost. A spell cast by Dumbledore before his own untimely death is set in motion, to bring those back who had lost their lives fighting for good. But little do they know, Voldemort has a similar plan, to resurrect those loyal to him and take over the world, once and for all. Opening 7th March

PREMISE

Memories back together, Sora awakens after a year of sleep to once again find himself in the middle of things. With a mysterious organization after him, as well as new hoards of heartless to deal with, Sora must count on his friends, both old a new, to help him through the tough battle against new enemies.

But what of his friends -- and his enemies? The story seen in Kingdom Hearts II is only one part of the tale out of many. In A Bottle aims to follow not only Sora through the story, but also all of the other characters in the various worlds seen in Kingdom Hearts. It will also follow the stories of characters not seen in the game that perhaps should have been, and allows players to work creatively within in the basic premise of the game.

WHAT IS IN A BOTTLE?

In A Bottle is a long-running RPG, primarily focusing on individual characters' pursuits, as opposed to a game-wide plot to save the world, and a damsel-in-distress or two. We are looking for creative writers who want to explore characters' relationships, in a mature, friendly and close-knit community.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The characters that we are particularly interested in, is a replacement Cid; a character as a rival or partner for Zidane Tribal, preferably the latter; and a character to mesh and play with Sephiroth. In addition, we are very interested in more Organization XIII members.
Please take note that we do not allow Original Characters and Disney characters are not available.

We are a small game, and wish to remain that way; we are not looking for an influx of players. Presently, the majority of threads are flocked.

Whether you call it the Chi, Chi-town. Chi-City, Chicago land, The Second City, or The City Of The Big Shoulders, one thing you can't deny is its influence and power in the world. One of the most large and thriving, vibrant cities in the good ole' U.S. of A. A beacon for commerce, entertainment, industry, economic expansion, politics and culture. It is all of these, and more. A multicultural melting pot, an entertainment playground and an industry juggernaut seemingly unstoppable by all accounts attracting scores of newcomers to its shores year after year. Chicago is life, electricity pulsating through the streets.

Internal demons manifest in all of us, whether we try to walk the righteous path or bury ourselves in sin. This isn't an urban jungle. It's a Concrete Labyrinth. Drug deals get made, and lives get put in the balance. The daily grind of bodies filling every medical center in the city pushes its weight on the minds and hearts of every last 'healer' the city has left. Labor Unions and Newspapers straddle with changing times, the loss of promised dreams and the birth of a new age.

All everyday reality. The thing is: how do you stop the monster in your life? You fight. You push through. You give all your blood sweat and tears and push yourself beyond the limit...till there's nothing left...Except you and the world.

Whether you're a politician, a drug dealer, a crime boss, a dock worker, a nurse, a journalist, a reporter or a schoolteacher....we all make sacrifices, and we all have to choose our path wisely. We're all running our own 'hustle' in life. Life's the biggest game of all. The question is....how hard will you push your hustle?

The game goes by different rules, but the intention, and the end result, is the same. You fall, or you stand up on top. Question is, will you be willing to play the game...without any rules? There's a New World Waiting For You

On October 31st, 1999, a group of eco-terrorists released a biological weapon at every major airport in the world. The infected became sick, then violent and murderous. 50 hours after the first contagion was released, governments across the globe initiated states of emergency. Sites were designated as shelters with troops and Aurors sent to protect those sites at all costs. Those lucky enough to find shelter had to wait it out – the 28 long days for the infected to starve to death or kill each other in their madness.		The world as you knew it is gone. Some remote areas are desolate nuclear wastelands. Cities are virtually devoid of life. Less than one percent of the total world population remains. Governments – both Magical and Muggle – struggle to maintain order and plan for the future of the human race. Rumors of a consolidated world government and now the Ministry has passed a Marriage Decree for the survivors. (We are Canon compliant up to day after Battle at Hogwarts). Your destiny awaits you.

xaviers is a roleplay community set in a separate Marvel Universe from 616, yet keeping obvious influences. The X-Men have already been formed, fought, lost and remained as a standing embodiment of Xavier's dream in the war of Mutants vs. Mankind vs. the Peacekeepers. The Brotherhood are active, the Hellfire Club is lurking about, and the Morlocks are trying their best to remain hidden yet recognized. It is set up so all the premades have contained storylines to begin with, while offering the option to expand upon them throughout the game, to promote interaction between members and characters and allow the focus to remain set on growth. Imagine being the only survivor of a disease that kills every member of your family, that kills lovers, strangers, friends, nearly everyone you've ever met.

You are among the lonely few to live and now you must start over in a strange new world where everything that was once safe and familiar is now strange and dangerous.

Set in the present day, Survivors focuses on the world in the aftermath of a devastating virus which wipes out most of the world's population. What would we do? How would any of us cope in a brave new world where all traditional 21st Century comforts - electricity, clean running water, advanced technology - have disappeared?

These are the questions faced by the bewildered but resilient group of survivors at the centre of the drama. It is an opportunity for new beginnings, but with no society, no police and no law and order, they now face terrible dangers - not just the daily struggle for food and water but also the deadly threat from other survivors.

In 2009, the world experienced a global outbreak of a new strain of influenza A/virus subtype H1N1, referred to as novel H1N1 and first identified in April. It was commonly known as swine flu in North America and Mexican Flu in Europe. Deaths were reported worldwide, and concern that the virus would progress and become worse escalated as the death toll rose.

In November 2009, the Netherlands developed the first medicinal treatment for victims of the virus. When it appeared to cure the symptoms, mass production of the drug was ordered just in time for distribution for the seasonal flu season. Within weeks of deployment, reports of returned symptoms hit the media.

People fled in mass exodus from the cities in an attempt to escape its reach, either to government-run evacuation sites or places of their own choosing, but by then it was too late. Instead of treating the virus, the drug attacked the body, allowing the virus to adapt and become a new strain of supervirus not even the original vaccine could prevent. It spread worldwide in a matter of days, with no amount of damage control stopping it. Only one in five hundred survived.

By April 2010 -- one year after H1N1's first reported case and a mere three months after the medicine was distributed -- the world goes silent. But if you listen closely, you might just hear the voices of the survivors.

PREMISE
WEST 57TH - THE SALISBURY HOTEL Once, Compound One - comprised primarily of the Salisbury Hotel - the safest place to live in New York - possibly in the Infected wasteland of the United States. It is steadily becoming a prison to its inhabitants, a nation-state under the martial law of one zealous man. Those who remain try to stay alive amid the tyranny and injustice of the man who only seeks to "keep them safe" in Compound One. Residents disappear if they subvert - but to where? Are they cast out to battle with the cannibalistic horde? Or are the rumors of the Underground Railroad true? What of whispers of a cure for the Infection? Some survivors are too grateful for the relative safety to question - relieved, at last, to not have to fight for food, water, and shelter. Others remember a better time, when the safe zone was protected by a man with principle... MANHATTAN WATERWAYS - THE ARMADA The refugees, lead by Rory Teague, have found permanent solace on a fleet of sailboats. They are afforded mobility and relative freedom, after nearly a year on the run from the Dictator of the Salisbury. Teague, former leader of Compound One, still gathers survivors out of the city into this new water-borne life. But the refugees are never idle - their friends and loved ones remained trapped inside the walls of Compound One. With the knowledge that his people are safe for now, if trapped, Teague works to lay plans for his expanding armada. But the conflict with the Salisbury is never at rest for long - a war brews across the city. And help may come from the most unexpected of places... URBANA LUXURY APARTMENTS - SAFE ZONE Nestled quietly in the borders of an Infected-free area of the city, a small band of holdouts hide in the Urbana Luxury Apartments and debate whether to join the Compound. But they live under perpetual threat and harassment of having their freedom of choice revoked, simply because they wish to peacefully coexist. They are a faction divided: some wish to experience the comforts of the Salisbury. Others urge them to wait, to see, not to lock themselves away. In a time when mere survival is so important, mankind fighting against itself is sure to be destructive. Soon, the decision may be out of their hands. This is a world very similar to ours, where a group calling themselves the X Society have formed. Investigators and best, they were formed under the watchful eye of wheelchair bound Charles Xavier, to better the relations between mutants and humans; especially those mutants who tarnished their goals of complete integration into society. Though, mutants are rare -- being born a mutant simply doesn't happen often, and many within the world are genetic freaks by acts of negligence, personal preference, or in many cases -- an accident gone completely wrong. This is the era of your modern Frankensteins, and insane Doctors, but alas, things have seemingly changed.

In Xavier's time, the X Society was originally assembled to debunk supernatural myth and lore. Werewolves didn't exist; mutants who transformed into one do. They traveled far and wide, teaming with his then partner Maximus "Magnus" Eisenhardt, and a few others. Xavier's paralysis and the death of his fiance completely changed his world, and despite they were once great friends -- they are now seemingly enemies. In 1907, a freak accident involving a dirigible that caught on fire was blamed on Xavier's X Society, and the government issued them under house arrest. His dream was shattered overnight, as the whole world turned against those that were considered "genetic anomalies".

However; Magnus formed a group of his own, The Brethren Heirs of the Superior Order; a group believing in genetic supremacy, and ultimately revealed to be behind the attacks that killed over 100 individuals. They used the benefit of the X Society out of their hairs to attack Liberty Island. Why? Because, the only known source of Adamantium rests underneath it. With the cries of the American people to these new threats, Vice president James Sherman pleaded with the X Society to protect them. They were in need, and didn't want to be turned away. All save for one continued on.

Under the leadership of Emma Frost, the X Society has resumed. They are the protectors of the United States, and will not hesitate to defend their Country against the mutant terrorist organization – The Brethren Heirs. With the odds stacked against them, The X Society fight for a solid future in an unstable present. With their country under the threat of British imperialism, the mysterious Hellfire Club, and the terrorist threat of the Brethren Heirs, it is the X Society’s duty to unravel the source of the mystery and work with the United States government to stop the Brethren from obtaining the Adamantium at all costs.

The RPG MODS RPG OOC Directory Available Premise Rules Apply Character Directory	It was always meant to end this way. Lord Voldemort or Harry Potter, one would have to destroy the other. In the year 1998 Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, fulfilled his destiny and destroyed Lord Voldemort. The battle was fierce and the losses were great but in the end, the reign of Lord Voldemort was finally over. The battle was over and it was time to move on. Hogwarts was rebuilt, the class of 1998 spent the summer catching up on the classes that they had missed while beginning training in their future jobs. The new Minister of Magic, a half-blood wizard, put strict laws in effect to allow for the capture of Death Eaters and their supporters. Things were quiet, things were peaceful. The Golden Age, some were beginning to call it. Free from persecution, wizards of impure blood were taking places of honor and respect . The trio finally begain to relax and it seemed as if things were finally well. Little did they know that there was darkness brewing once more. Rodolphus Lestrange, driven mad from grief, had taken on a protégé. An intelligent and ambitious former Ravenclaw Aiden Chambers. A Call for Freedom This was the title of the opinion piece that Aiden submitted to the Prophet. The passionate article spoke of the shift in the muggle world, that it was no longer quite so taboo to be a so -called witch. It served it purpose, raising all the appropriate eyebrows. Could it be done? Could they reveal themselves to the muggle world without mass hysteria? Aiden was brought in as one of the Minister’s top advisors as the Ministry tentatively began to creep towards revealing themselves . Once again the wizarding world was divided, the people who supported the change and the people who thought it was dangerous. Order members began to come forward in support of it, not realizing that while they were supporting it, former Death Eaters were sending out feelers, gathering a new and more terrifying army.
