This moment was so perfect, so right, there was no way to doubt it.
His arms wrapped around me holding me against him. It felt like every nerve in my body was a live wire.
"Forever," he agreed.
Game Begins August 25, 2008.
This is a Canon Twilight game taking place after Breaking Dawn.

It was sometime in the early morning hours of June in the U.S. when everyone was given the signal to get where they needed to be. Not a half hour later, there were explosions, noxious gas leaks, uncontrollable fires, floods, and physical massacres all over the world. Before anyone knew what was happening and too quickly to alert anyone else for help, almost the entire mutant population was devastated and left the world in complete shock.
Now mutants are scared to reveal themselves, and with good reason. They want to search for others, survivors, more of their kind but what would the cost be? The world has changed and even a friendly face can deceive. The question before them now lies; do they cower in the shadows of the memory of how it was, or do they join together and show the world that they are strong and will overcome anything thrown against them?

Genetic mutation has always been a dirty little secret, one that wasn't easily kept. The government used to be in control of these anomalies, but there was a large jump in numbers at the turn of the millennium. More and more children were coming up with signs of genetic mutation, and blame was being placed everywhere it could be. Government testing, herbal supplements, a new enemy's war tactic, global warming, and the breakdown of the genetic structure itself. | Metahuman is an original mutant story line based in New York City. We are a fun, active, friendly and drama-free community, seeking more! The game is futuristic (in a sense), and takes place in 2021. We allow humans, as well as mutants. The game circles around life between humans and mutants, and how they cope with one another. The game has been around for a year, at least, starting in December 2007 on greatestjournal.com. Now, the game is playing on livejournal.com. Present day United States of America seems completely normal; no disturbances, no terrorist attacks, nothing. But something is rotten in the state of New York. It wasn't too long after Sailor Moon's death that a new negative energy began collecting power, biding its time before it could spring out and hold the merciless universe within its clutches. And with no sailor senshi or shitennou to stop it, what was standing in its way? Though not strong enough to enact its plan just yet, The Darkness took root in busy New York City, quickly feeding off of energy from the millions of citizens and tourists who walked the streets everyday, completely unsuspecting. However, this new negative energy isn't going unnoticed by everyone...as The Darkness settled itself into the city, the sailor crystals and seeds that Usagi had sent to the future are realizing that the universe is in danger and are thus beginning to reawaken their owners. And much as she had predicted, the good guys aren't the only ones reawakening. Being beckoned forward by The Darkness, the seeds and crystals within former villains are starting to reawaken too. Not only that, but entirely new villains are being recruited by this new enemy, only making The Darkness's army that much stronger; possibly even stronger than Usagi had anticipated. Something is terribly wrong within New York City and a fight for the universe is about to ensue. |

Elements from Season 3 may be worked in as they come (events from the first fifteen minutes that were leaked have already been worked in).
We're four months post season 2 and will be pulling in elements of Season 3 as they come. Canon only. Also: everything is written in first person. This is an intensive play and not everybody is going to be cut out for it. There are themes (not just slash, but it is there too, particularly Petrellicest--but don't worry: the boys keep it to a minimum and mostly it's not out in the open) that you might not be comfortable with. This is a setting based on psychology and motivation. If you are not a roleplayer who can delve into the depth and psyche of the character, I'm sorry, but we don't want you. Serious roleplayers only. We are also an 18+ comm, considering the subject matter.
There's no particular plot, but characters are doing their own thing.

Veritas on IJ is a post-hogwarts slightly AU (For book 7) RPG taking place in the year 2003.
In a post-war world, everything consists of layers. A muggleborn charity known as Wizards for Muggles is actually a front for am ominous agenda: A Pureblood dilution scheme. Halfbloods and muggleborns have been recruited to woo certain purebloods. What happens when actual feelings become involved? Nothing is ever black or white, and that's just the beginning of the story that we've begun to weave.
Currently, a scheme by the Squib Intergrations Foundation to cause witches to lose their magic has just been wrapped up...but on the horizon a new event awaits: A strange plant ....and a strange side-effect....
