Wanna PSL?

Okay, so I'm definitely seeing a theme here, but I've also had a Hunger Games revival. Does anyone have a Finnick Odair that they'd like to play against my Annie Cresta?

I'm happy with community play or a psl, but mainly rp through email or ij threads. Plot wise, I'm quite interested in playing them during their own games and pre-books, but I don't really mind.
