Katie & Open
Sometimes Katie still got this deep seeded fear of winter, it made no sense at all but there were days when she remembered everything that happened to her as a teenager and had to push it to the side. It was years ago, but there were still lingering whispers of reminders. Not that Katie would ever admit it or show that to anyone, she knew everyone who was going to this event had their own scars from the past.
With a personalised gift for everyone in her purse, as well as a few bottles of wine and three pies, Katie figured she probably was over doing but it also felt like the least that she could do. She knew a lot of her closest friends would be at the Christmas party, but there were still little hints of nervousness in her, which was stupid but it was there.
Regardless she found her way to Grimmauld Place finding a place to put down everything she brought and putting out all the small gifts she had made on a small table she also brought with her.
