RP: Ginny and Calypso
WHO: Ginny and Calypso
WHAT: Morning after Halloween
WHEN: November 1st (Backdated!)
WHERE: Zabini Home
WARNINGS: TBD
Calypso and Ginny had been sure to go to the masquerade at V-Bar for Halloween. Calypso had worn a beautiful blue dress and a peacock mask. At some point during the night her mask had been slipped away into her purse, she figured since she had peacock feathers along the bottom of the dress that it still counted as a costume for the day. It was Halloween, one of her favorite holidays, so she had wanted to be sure to be in costume the whole night.
Just as their Peru trip had been a massive success, Calypso felt their night at V-Bar had been another hit. The pair had partied through the night and just as Calypso had promised, she had let Ginny come back to the Zabini home and have a sleep over. Calypso hadn’t gotten far into the bedroom that was her own at the house, before she had stripped out of her dress and left it in the middle of the floor before crawling into bed. It had been late when the two had gotten back to the house and Calypso was exhausted. She didn’t even think to put up any silencing spells so that no one in the house would wake them. They were really useless either way because Calypso lived with the most polite boys in the universe, Theo always set up wards and things to be sure his loud noises wouldn’t disturb the house, Blaise always tried to use them to keep from disturbing anyone, and well Kermit was usually helping Blaise make the noise so it all seemed to work. Either way, there wasn’t a chance that either woman would be woken before they were good and ready to get out of the bed.
A miracle seemed to happen that Tuesday morning, Calypso was actually up and out of bed early. She was hung over, sure, but she was at least up and moving. She had slipped from the bed quietly, sneaking out to the kitchen so that she could get Buona to make breakfast, while she let Ginny sleep. It wasn’t until breakfast was over that she came back to the bedroom, Buona behind her with the tray full of food. Buona was Blaise’s house elf and while Calypso did have her own, she had left her behind with Oya in Italy to help with the wedding. She was using Blaise’s for the time being until the following month, maybe two months, until she would get to see her own house elf and bring her home. Calypso wasn’t nearly as close to her house elf as Blaise was to Buona.
“Ginny, I’ve got breakfast.” She was trying to not be too loud, she didn’t know if Ginny would be hungover too. Calypso had already taken a draught for her own hangover, she had a second one on the tray for Ginny. The tray held the hangover draught, coffee, orange juice, eggs, bacon, and sausage. It was one of Calypso’s favorites the morning after a night out drinking. Calypso had Buona put the tray on the bedside table before dismissing the house elf and climbing back into the bed with her friend. She could handle it from here. “I have a lot of goodies actually. I thought breakfast in bed might be nice.” She was trying to not be too loud, just in case.
While she waited for her friend to wake up, she adjusted the overly large Slytherin shirt that had, at one point, belonged to Blaise. At some point, probably one day when he’d come home from school, she had stolen it. She had a small collection still of shirts she had kidnapped from her brother that were officially her sleep shirts. This was just one of the many. She had just a pair of matching panties on under the shirt, she hadn’t thought to put on anything else since the boys in the house were gay or her brother and she doubted Ginny would mind.
