Knowing that she was going to be meeting the woman that Pop had cheated on her mother with, gave Zahara a slight pit in her stomach. Her father had turned his back on this woman when she was pregnant in order to stay with her mother. She felt some guilt there, even though she knew it wasn't her fault. It was why she tried to push those thoughts from her mind so that she didn't ruin their night.

The first thing Zahara noticed when they arrived was Evie, and instead of being a polite guest and saying hello to her brother, she instead headed over to the excited little. "Why hello gorgeous," she cooed at Evie, while she scooped her up. She propped her on her hip, her littlebump just slightly in the way.

"Where's your daddy?" she asked louder, to catch Andrew's attention. She didn't think it would be polite to just roam his home looking for him.
