rp: first impressions.
Who: Daphne/Greer
When: Saturday night; 2/17/10
Where: V-Bar, to begin.
What: Tracey has set them up.
Warnings: Very adult!

Greer looked once more at the picture that Tracey had sent him. He didn't know Gabriel's girlfriend well - hell, he hardly knew anyone well, but she'd always seemed nice, in that waifish, waspy, delicate, annoying way, he supposed. But when she'd texted him out of the blue he'd been... intrigued. She had a friend, she wanted him to meet her, she thought they might hit it off. Surely Tracey - or at least Gabriel - knew better than to try to get him... wifed up. Surely. Everyone knew better than that. But then Tracey had sent a picture of a bubbly looking, lovely blond with wild eyes and a bright smile. The two girls were giggling about something in the photo, he could tell, and even with digital quality obscuring it, he could tell she was gorgeous.

Greer wasn't one to look a gift horse - even a waspy, annoying one - in the mouth. He'd changed into something casual but still well-put-together - a vest and button-up combination he liked for it's strong lines, and just before 9 he headed to Victory Bar to get himself a good vantage point. No need to let her see him coming, after all.
