Valentine's at the Carnival
Who: Aloysius et al
When: Wednesday February 14, evening
Where: The Carnival
What: The Carnival’s Valentine Dance Dates
Warnings: TBD.
NOTES: Please tag yourselves in. Randomly generated pairs are as follows: Parry/Callie, Ron/Emilia, Robert/Mandy, and Andrew/Ilana. If anyone else wants to join, I can definitely throw someone of either sex out there for them (I have a couple of options!). Just please let me know. Same if you want to play with Aly. Also feel free to have other threads among participants on here. This is just for general fun, but I thought the randomness of the pairings might at least make things fun for everyone. I hope you enjoy.
It was, by and large, a singles event that the Carnival was hosting tonight. Not that he would ever turn away couples if they wanted to come for a dance lesson or simply to dance! But there were other days for lessons if wanted. Tonight the focus, at least, was a little singles night fun, shake things up and just enjoy yourselves! After the traumas of the past month, the alley definitely needed something lively and fun, and if there were two great descriptors of the djinn, it was lively and fun!
He and his diva circulated among the participants. There was, he noticed, at least a lot of laughter so far from those who had signed up, and he was already giddy and thrilled. He’d worn a bright, eye-catching red suit in a sleek sort of style, and the tips of his hair were a matching vivid shade of the same colour.
The first few dances he had demonstrated with his glorious little diva, but as he moved through people in this new number, he knew he’d probably grab this person or that person to show them how to do it right in a much more hands on manner.
There would be all sorts of dancing. Traditional and definitely less traditional as well. A bit of everything for everyone, and if it got to be much, someone could definitely step aside!
