She enjoyed hearing Persephone say that, her smile growing as her eyes slid to look at her feet. It felt inappropriate to be smiling so much, but she liked to find the silver lining in any situation. It seemed today would be no different. "I promise, I'm going to listen to everything my Healer says. I've had a very easy go of things so far," she admitted. She hadn't had morning sickness, though the exhaustion had been miserable the first trimester. Now all she had to worry about was her pregnancy brain, she was already naturally forgetful, it had only gotten worse.
"The big idiot?" she asked with a soft laugh. "I know he will, which is why I'm taking my Healers advice. She's brilliant, you know." Her elbow playfully nudged against Perse's side, while she leaned against her friend. "Come over for dinner soon? He's not half bad in the kitchen."
