No, she felt so lost and adrift, and at the moment her sister was offering her an arm. She knew she should be the stronger one, and she was trying. She wasn't a sobbing mess. She hadn't gone crazy, overtly at least. She hadn't even really considered any form of suicide, which given her past, was good. But she wasn't fully connected or processing, and in some ways it definitely made her vulnerable. She was making sure other people's needs were met at the neglect of her own, though it did help her keep a grounded focus and goal.
