Despite the circumstances, as Addi's eyes followed the arc of the handkerchief as Parry transfigured it into a stool, her eyes lit up, her lips curving in a small smile. She loved magic, and it almost never failed to bring a smile to her face. And yet, he'd done it so casually, as if it wasn't remarkable in the least.
Her lip wibbled a bit as he took her hand and spoke, and she nodded, fighting back the tears. Again. "I'm sure you have some of the best stories," she pointed out, smiling at the thought.
