Re: Addi and Blaise and Draco Draco had been watching the pair from the sidelines, tucked away in the crowd. He enjoyed watching the pair as they danced, how she laughed and pressed close against him, and how he bent in to whisper into her ear. He wondered what delightful things his husband was telling their favorite redhead.
He had just made the decision to find his own dancing partner when Blaise had caught his eye, and they shared that silent moment. He gave them, as well as himself, a moment before he made his way through the crowd. He knew that his impulse control was compromised with the supermoon so close at hand, which Blaise knew as well. Draco trusted that he wouldn't be telling him to come over if he was worried about Draco crossing the line. He was reassured by the warm smile that Blaise gave him when he was close enough, it warmed him to his core. He would be forever grateful for his lover.
Without missing a beat, Draco stepped up and caught Adelaide as Blaise spun her out and right into Draco's arms. He lifted grey eyes up over her head for a moment, to share one last look with his husband, before his eyes came down to meet those beautiful blue eyes in his arms. "Bonjour, ma petite," he said with a smile that was just a bit wild. His beast was so close to the surface tonight, he could feel it there as his heart hammered in his chest.
