Her hand curved in a practiced way as he took it and brushed that light kiss to the back of it. There was a certain level of class he exuded in such a scintillating way that made her want to play up her own aristocratic upbringing. Oh, her mum had made sure they'd still had a fun life, as she wasn't of the aristocracy herself, but her papa and his family had insisted they be raised knowing the manners and customs of their lineage.
"I don't know how Pandora keeps up with it all; she's brilliant," Addi commented softly, just a bit wistful. She looked up to and respected Dora more than the other woman probably knew, and she was still considering Hyperion's suggestion of opening up to her more fully about her own trauma, believing his insistence that she would be someone who understood what she'd gone through all too well.
"I feel... beautiful," she admitted, though there was a slight pause as she censored herself from admitting that she'd been feeling increasingly frisky and insatiable lately. It wouldn't do to stoke those fires. "I haven't been sick in a couple weeks now and I've actually had a burst of energy lately, it's been brilliant." If only she had a good way to spend that energy, she left unsaid.
