Re: Addi and Everyone
When Auri came up to her and hugged her, a part of Addi completely melted, and she leaned down to scoop Auri up. She wouldn't be able to do that much longer, but she was still early enough into the pregnancy and Auri still small enough that it wasn't too much of an effort to lift her up and tuck her against her side in a big hug. She dropped a kiss to the top of Auri's head, struck suddenly by the thought that she hoped she would have a girl. Oh, she would love the baby even if it were a boy, but she couldn't deny wanting a girl.
"We'll have a tea party soon, oui?" she promised Auri, knowing the little girl loved having them, even though she loved more active play as well. She just hoped her morning sickness would settle enough soon to be able to have a proper tea party with Auri. She'd always enjoyed spending time with the little girl, loving the role of honorary Aunt.
As everyone started migrating toward the table, though, she let the little girl down so she could go sit with her mum and Lance.
