Re: Dora and ZJ
"Yes, well, you at least still talk to me," she half-joked. But she didn't mind, really, with these two. They had made their caring clear, even if her self doubt made her wonder why sometimes, why they cared about her. The kids, it was obvious, they were cute and loveable. But despite the time and distance, she still had a bond with her big brother, and she genuinely liked ZJ. The woman had been kind before she'd had to be, for one.
She had a soft spot for Hufflepuffs, anyway.
"No, you didn't! But congratulations," she said, her mind immediately going who what where when how in that way it had, isntantly wanting to know everything. "Perhaps the... hm, would that make them cousins of a sort?... would like a playdate at some point in the future. I think I'm finally getting comfortable with the idea, now that they're getting bigger."
And with that comment, she gave that tacit permission to call them her niece and nephew. Because Zahara and Hyperion were engaged, after all, and had been since Halloween. Addi would be welcomed to the fold too, but she'd spent so much more time around his brother and this woman especially lately. She liked Addi a lot; but she knew ZJ much better so far.
