Re: Aloysius/Quinn
"Oh, yes. We should turn into literal fireworks," she said with a huge smile, one that almost showed the tips of her pearly-white fangs. To anyone else, that would've been rather ridiculous.. but Aly had just turned her into an illusionary dragon. She was fairly convinced that he could've made it seem as though she was anything!
"I know," she said, that smile fading just a touch. It was strange. Quinn was a fantastic actress, but she hated lying. She didn't want to deceive all of these people.. but if they found out what she truly was, and moreover that she was unable to cast magic..
The entire situation made her sad. She WANTED to cast magic. She WANTED to have.. the ability that so many of them seemed to have. And she empathized, right then, with the people who were termed as 'Muggles.' Or worse.. 'Squibs.' (If she had her terms right.)
Her face flicked with near-greed toward Aly's with the offer, though. "Not a good idea to mention that right now," she murmured. For at her core, she was a predator.. and at the moment, Aly was weakened. It would've been FAR too easy and FAR too tempting to whisk him to a bathroom and sink her twin fangs into his neck..
