Justin huffed a small laugh and ran the back of his fingers across her cheek. "I was teasing, love. I'd adore somewhere out of the way, far from the city and where you can have space of your own." Grinning brightly, he took up his wine and gazed at her from over the rim of his glass. "Besides, less chance of getting caught speeding on country back roads." Of course, he said it in jest, being himself and thinking about putting the pedal to the metal.
"A house sounds grand, Demelza. I'm sure we could find something suitable for the both of us." Justin's eyes were glowing, planning and plotting rolling through his mind. He never did anything half-assed and with a large purchase like a home, he did his research. "Why don't you leave it to me and we'll go out on the weekend and take a peek at some places." His flat would sell for a tidy price, they wouldn't need a mortgage at all - just utilities, floo permits, taxes... they'd be fine.
