Also the truth. Her best cover and the thing was she might not have had the formal education but she was really good at it. THe fact she sometimes relieved people of said things, usually obnoxiously rich people who deserved it, was beside the point. "It was a lot of fun, actually."
She sipped her drink as she watched him drift, something about it a little familiar. She shifted in her seat, crossed her legs, and tilted her head as she peered up at him. Some days she might have excused herself but today, honestly, she was just done with shit. Might as well have an actual honest to God conversation. "What about you, Elijah?" she asked curiously.
