Even though she couldn't understand what he dealt with day in and day out--really, there was a reason she had no interest in having kids, there was no way she could do Neville's job!--she could at least believe that adult conversation was a nice reprieve from the tedium of dealing with Hogwarts students all the time. "Well, you deserve to have someone good in your life," she responded, happy for him that he seemed to have the opportunity to seek that out now.
"Yes well, even a broken clock is right twice," she teased, a silly little phrase her dad liked to say. Someone came over to take their order then, and she got her usual with a small smile and thanks for the waiter.
