When Wishes put his hands on his face, Coop seemed to calm just a bit and focus on the man in front of him. That giant goofy smile had not faulted at all though, it just seemed to grow bigger hearing the other man’s words. It was ridiculous but he felt a bit like his family was growing just a bit. He had hoped six months ago for this, he had hoped to make Gen’s family part of his. It seemed the universe had heard his call and had sent Wishes back home. Though he realized suddenly that calling him Wishes wasn’t exactly the most adult thing in the world, but calling him Aly also felt so odd. He figured he’d worry about that later, what to call Wishes was the last thing he needed to be worrying about.
“Good.” He said finally, squeezing Wishes just once more in a hug that was likely a bit too tight and more rib crushing than expected. “I still have my bludger.” He muttered before pulling away. When he heard Emilia, he shot her a playful glare but it was ruined with that ridiculous smile just moments later. “You were right. Why are you all the way over there?” He pulled away from Aly then, only so that he was able to wave Emilia over. “Get over here,” He said with a playful groan when he thought he saw tears in her eyes, “You’re such a girl.” A typical whine he had as a child. He had never cared much that Emilia was a girl, she had still played all the games with him, he just liked being able to use it as an excuse when he was a child. Now it had come to be a ridiculous way to tease her from time to time.
