Re: Draco + Daphne
Draco chuckled at her words, “A lot has changed, actually. I turn into a dog once a month and run the yard.” With Blaise, though he didn’t know if Daphne was one of the few privy to that secret so he just kept that one quiet. He also kept the reason they had filled the yard with doe and the like, they were to be easy hunting for him. A sort of sport in order to give himself something to do while in wolf form. It wasn’t as if he could just go read a book by the fire and curl up. He had urges and he only ever felt better when he was able to sate those urges.
Though, then she started acting… Funny. He followed after her curiously, his brows perking when she said she was dying. He invaded her space then, stepping up behind her and slipping his arms around her waist. Since they had been talking, and his body had time to calm down, his hands had gone back to normal. His eyes were getting there, but they still very much looked like those of a wolf. He dropped his head to rest on her shoulder, giving her a gentle squeeze. “Everyone’s dying,” Was his morbid and wildly unhelpful response.
“I mean,” He instantly back tracked, though he hadn’t moved from where he held her. “How? What happened?” Concern was thick in his voice, he mentally ran through a list of things that could cause it. He knew there was a whole host of things that could be wrong, though he couldn’t pinpoint something that seemed to fit. Daph seemed normal, there didn’t seem to be a thing wrong with her.
