Lillian + Open!
Lillian had to admit-- the place was absolutely stunning, both inside and outside, so much so that she felt almost a little intimidated by the sheer size of it and her lack of mobility. The pool looked almost painfully inviting, and she wondered how much of an eyesore she'd prove to be in her outfit when one considered that it would come paired with her chair-- her chair, which made it impossible to even see the back of her dress in the first place.
She couldn't help but feel like she simply didn't quite belong here, Lillian getting in people's way on more than one occasion as she made her way around the place, doing her best to spend more time enjoying the general splendor than she was focusing on how little she fit in.
It would help, of course, if she knew more people here, but the only people she'd recognized so far had been Daphne, Tracey, Draco, Blaise, Theo, and Calypso of course-- all Slytherins, of course, and all but one acquaintances solely as a result of her having been in the same year as them. Maybe she should have brought Hannah or Susan? Worrying her bottom lip, she moved to grab a champagne flute, content to busy herself for the moment with her drink instead of anything else.
