Harry sighed, his cheeks and lips blowing out with the force of it. Shaking his head, "You still see it that way? Ron, you were one of the top Aurors in our class, you're the single handed best chess player I know, and that includes Percy & Hermione, you were named one of Witch Weekly's sexiest wizards alive for like seven years in a row or some shit. You really think you're just my sidekick? You think other people think that?" He knew Ron had felt that way more than once in school, but still? How?
"You're not a fuck up. You think I don't ask myself everyday how things with Gin fell apart? That's just what happens sometimes, Ron. And I was planning a merlin-fucked wedding. I'm no better at this than anyone else." His shoulders slumped - it was true. And he didn't know if this would end like everything else had. Harry Potter never seemed the type destined for the happily ever after. Ron on the other hand... He had everything Harry had wanted. Didn't he see that?
"I'm not asking you not to be pissed at us, but don't do... this. You cut us out completely, and Ron, you and Hermione and the only family I've got." Harry's throat got tight but he spoke through the choking, "I can't lose either of you. I won't."
