Tim had to laugh really, but only because he could now that there was no danger of the other Keepers being woken up by the man in charge and really, that was only a good thing, for if the Keepers heard him, might they think there was some emergency? It wasn't uncommon here for Tim to wake them when he had need of them. Really, they'd be used to it by now.
He had been going to fold the clothes he'd been given, had planned to leave them atop the coffee table to pick up later, but the moment Terry touched him, he dropped them. His hands had far better uses, such as the ability to run his fingers through the other man's hair, or even to pull him close by a hip and he did both these things now, meeting the wizard with a kiss rather than words. Of course they might be disturbed. All likelihood was that they wouldn't be, but this was a working dragon sanctuary. There might be something one of the Night Keepers might need at any moment from Septimus, but all of that would take far too long to explain and he'd prefer not to, too. Still, this was Tim's version of being respectful, of not doing this under the others' noses.
Instead, he kissed him, nipping at Terry's lower lip while his hands stayed precisely where he'd put them, but that was only because he wanted him to be close.
