He narrowed his eyes at her slightly, trying to figure out if she had something underhanded planned or if she was making some sort of genuine overture now so that she could get away with murder later. Either option fit, honestly. His sister could be dreadfully complicated. "I think she'll love it so long as you're not trying to enchant her or something, darling," he drawled.
His arms folded around her in an easy embrace, though, and he kissed her temple. "I can find a way to spare a day or two for you," he said after a moment of thought. "But you've got to let me get Eleanor settled in a little while longer at least." He wanted her capable of handling all of that without feeling utterly overwhelmed.
He smiled as Eleanor came back. "I did, in fact. Eleanor, meet my sister, Calypso Zabini. Callie, this is my new assistant, Eleanor Branstone." And his glance at his sister told her to Play Nice.
